Ayane Mochizuki
Ayane is an undergraduate at UC Davis studying Neurobiology, Physiology, Behavior, and Psychology. There, she participates in club gymnastics. After she graduates, she is motivated to attend graduate school to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She is the president of the Athlete Leadership Council for gymSAFE where she gets to spread her love and passion for gymnastics by helping gymnasts keep their bodies healthy and strong.
Alix Angelopulo
Alix is a former collegiate gymnast and Bay Area native. She did club gymnastics at Peninsula Gymnastics and Accel Gymnastics and then walked on to the Division I gymnastics team at the University of Denver. Like many gymnasts, physical therapy has been an important part of her injury rehabilitation during and post-career.
Kendra Bratt
Hello! My name is Kendra Bratt. I was a former gymnast at Peninsula Gymnastics. I competed through my Senior year of High School up to Level 9. I graduated from Cal Poly in 2019 with my BS in Kinesiology and am currently pursuing a career in Physical Therapy.
gymSAFE Athlete Leadership Council
The gymSAFE Athlete Leadership Council is a selected group of competitive gymnasts who commit to two years of participation in the growth and development of the organization. Being a part of the Athlete Leadership Council is an opportunity for current gymnasts to have their voice heard in the movement toward improving the sport of gymnastics and upholding the mission and vision of gymSAFE. The council members are responsible for event planning, social media presence, and inter-club communication.
